We are working fully remotely but if you want to work in a hybrid model we have 4 offices in Turkey(İstanbul, Ankara, Adana, Düzce) and work in camp locations at Bodrum. You can work wherever you want.

We are looking for a “Technical Recruiter” to join our People Management Team.

The Role :

We are looking for go-getters and fervent Technical Recruiters to help us identify and hire talents from across the globe, and be a partner in scaling the next stage of the growth of the company.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Conducting whole recruitment process 
  • Using effective communication techniques to build strong relationships through regular face to face or online/telephone reviews with: client managers, stakeholders, external candidates
  • Scheduling and conducting telephone/video/personal interviews
  • Planning individual recruitment strategy campaigns agreeing key milestones and timelines
  • Following up the full cycle of recruitment steps such as case studies, reference checks etc.
  • Establishing the appropriate recruitment method to source the best candidates ensuring the relevant recruitment targets are met
  • Preparing job postings and posting roles to career site/external job boards
  • Updating all candidates to create short lists and long lists as needed
  • Follow up the full cycle of recruitment steps such as case studies, reference checks etc.
  • Preparing candidates for interviews and providing objective feedback to candidates and suppliers after the interviews
  • Managing the offer process for successful candidates and enclosure of the requisitions

 Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree from Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Min 3 years of recruitment experience on information technologies related positions
  • IT recruitment consultancy or information technology company experience is a plus
  • Networking skills / Social Networking knowledge
  • Deep experience in technical candidate search through portals and social media platforms
  • Ownership and direction of the recruitment process with a high level of attention
  • Creating a variety of candidate resources, being detail-oriented and eager to learn
  • Good planning, prioritizing and organizing skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical skills to measure candidates and follow the recruitment funnel accurately
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
