Project Manager

Remote, Türkiye • Technology / Delivery and Product Team • Full-Time is a global next generation tech company which provides Cloud and DevOps transformation and develops cloud native applications with AI Technologies to it's customers all over the world. We are working fully remotely but if you want to work in a hybrid model we have 3 offices in Turkey(İstanbul, Adana, Düzce) and work in camp locations at Bodrum. You can work wherever you want.

We are looking for a “Project Manager” for the Cloud Engineering teams.

The Role :

The cloud native engineering team delivers a wide range of projects for both clients and business partners. The Project Manager will build and maintain a solid working relationship with cloud native engineers and clients, from pre-sales efforts to project delivery. The Project Manager will motivate engineering teams and customers’ technology executives, acting as Scrum Master and the central point of contact for all parties to orchestrate technical delivery. The ability to manage customer expectations and establish long-term partnerships by delivering complex projects effectively, on time, on budget, and according to agreed-upon scope, is critical to the Project Manager’s role..

Main Responsibilities :

  • Managing customers, aligning business objectives with coordinated service deliveries, and ensure that our customers maximize the value they are seeing from their investment.
  • You will be the primary point of contact for one or more customers helping to plan as well as, oversee ongoing operations of our service delivery.
  • Working with the customer, by utilizing your project management skills, to put together on-boarding schedules and tasks.
  • Providing guidance on how best to utilize our services, provide an escalation point for issues, and help provide reporting to ensure customers’ faith in the service.

We want to meet you if you have :

  • At least 3 - 5 years of relevant direct customer support experience
  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience, in a technically oriented support role.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Some experience in writing operating procedures. Experience in setting and managing client expectations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid experience in filtering and providing date and reports to customer, utilizing PowerPoint and or Excel.
  • Ability to understand technical problems and translate between non-technical and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated customer focus and advocacy
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • PMI certifications
  • Knowledge of AWS technologies
  • AWS certifications
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
